Our Positive Impact
We strongly believe in making a positive impact on the communities in which we live and work. With our dollar-for-dollar match program, employees may donate to any non-profit organization they choose. Employees can also make a positive impact by volunteering one hour of their work week to not-for-profit organizations in their surrounding communities. Some of the organizations we work with include:
- Habitat for Humanity
- All Children's Hospital
- The Humane Society of the United States
- United Way
- American Heart Association
- American Cancer Society
In addition to making a positive impact in our surrounding communities, we also want to leave the earth in a better place than we found it. With our Green Initiative we continually strive to reduce our impact to the environment by creating ways to conduct business without paper. With the Green Initiative, customers and agents can enroll in Go Paperless and receive all policy-related documents online. We have also taken steps to reduce our paper consumption by offering electronic copies of prospectuses and financial reports. Moving forward, we'll continue to research other opportunities that could reduce our impact on natural resources.
